Overview
These terms apply when you use PayNPark to pay for visitor parking at a participating property. By completing a payment, you agree to these terms.
Parking service
PayNPark facilitates timed visitor parking at private condominium lots. Parking is valid only for the zone, plate, and duration shown at checkout. Rates and availability are set by the property and may change.
Payment
All prices are shown before you pay, including applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe using supported methods such as credit card, debit card, Interac, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. A payment is complete when confirmed by our payment processor.
Violations and citations
Parking without valid payment or beyond your paid time may result in a citation or other enforcement action under the property's parking rules and applicable law.
Refunds
Parking fees are generally non-refundable once a session has started, except where required by law or at the discretion of the property manager. Contact ops@paynpark.org if you believe a charge was made in error.
Limitation of liability
PayNPark provides payment processing and session tracking only. We are not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, towing, or disputes between visitors and property owners beyond our platform obligations.
