PayNPark provides visitor parking payments for condominium properties in Canada. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the visitor site and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you pay for parking, we collect your licence plate number, parking zone, selected duration, and payment confirmation details. If you provide an email address or phone number, we use them to send receipts and parking reminders. If you allow location access, we use your approximate location to suggest nearby parking zones. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; PayNPark does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use this information to process parking payments, display your session status, send transactional notifications, support enforcement by authorized compliance officers, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with the property management company responsible for the parking zone, payment processors such as Stripe, and service providers that help us operate the platform. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention
We retain parking and payment records as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your choices
